My research focused on discovering bioresponsive hydrogel systems for innovative applications in biomimetic systems. Developing novel biological responsivity of microgels, combined with cutting-edge analytical techniques, will allow greater utilization of these microgels and the fabrication of ideal biomimetic systems.

‘ I am interested in heart regeneration using tissue engineering technology. I investigate the regeneration activity of angio/neurogenic peptide immobilized biomimetic hydrogel for chronic myocardial infarction.’
Yongjun Jang
